Niguel Shores Beach House

On this whole house remodeling project our clients' interior design goals and requirements were very clearly laid out. As the parents of two teenage boys, they wanted a home which easily catered to practical daily living but with a modern, beach feel. Color wise they were interested in dark blues, greens and black against a backdrop of creamy hues. Working with terrific trade partners, we were given a budget and timeline and we ran with it. As the photos demonstrate, it was mission accomplished!
